Kayla has spent most of her life in Texas, but was born in Colorado and considers herself a Colorado Native.

Kayla's professional background has primarily been in the Manufacturing industry, specifically machine shops, with experience in HR, inside sales, supply chain and office management. 

Kayla would describe herself as a growth-focused leader and a true team player always looking out for those around her. Her favorite career advice is "The two most important requirements for major success are: first, being in the right place at the right time, and second, doing something about it." 

Work/life balance is incredibly important to Kayla, as she has a 5-year-old daughter named Stevie. They spend their free time on new camping adventures, hanging out with family, exploring new swim spots and going to concerts. Kayla is looking forward to contributing to the LGA brand and am excited to be a part of the team!
