Caleb describes himself as always been a hands on person and grew up learning how to fix things on the family ranch. 

Caleb worked for the prison system for about 6 years and had ranked up to Sergeant, where he led 40+ employees, as well as supervised 2,000+ incarcerated individuals. He got recruited to change career paths to the overhead door industry, where he has been the past 3 years, and have accomplished a lot in that time. 

Caleb has established relationships in this industry with other professionals throughout the country. His previous experience as a technician has given him the knowledge necessary to be successful as our Business Development Coordinator. 

Caleb rescued border collie named Rusty as well as 4 older sisters scattered throughout the state, and recently moved up to Houston to be closer to family. 

Caleb always looks forward to growing personally and professionally. He believe the biggest investment a company can make…is the investment in their employees, and the biggest investment an employee can make, is to invest in themselves.
